At Revolution Personal Training we believe in empowering the individual and giving you the tools required for you to achieve lifelong health.

We believe your training should be fun and functional and improve not only your aesthetic appearance but also your performance and most importantly your health.

We believe that fitness, exercise and optimal performance can only be achieved with a healthy well balanced diet which is essential for lifelong health. We believe that that drastic dieting is not not the answer for you to obtain your ideal body.

We believe every minute of your training should be specifically targeted at what you are wanting to achieve. We believe you need to create habits away from your time training in order to achieve lifelong health. As a result we keep you accountable with a homework program to complete regardless of how many sessions per week you are completing with your Revolution Personal Trainer.

We believe that with this approach you will achieve everything you have set out to, and more!

Training Hours

Training session times are able to be booked between 5:30am and 9pm Monday to Friday and between 6am and 12pm Saturday.

Office Hours

We are available to take your call anytime between 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday.
