Turkey Pasta with a Yoghurt poppy seed dressing

Ingredients:
250 g cooked turkey meat chopped finely

500 g pasta shells, cooked

150 g snow peas, blanched

250 g cherry tomatoes, cut in half

Poppy seed dressing:

1/2 cup natural reduced fat yoghurt

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon chopped chives

1 teaspoon dried tarragon

1 teaspoon dried mustard powder

1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Method:
1. Combine pasta, snow peas, tomatoes and Turkey in a large serving bowl. 
2. Place dressing ingredients in a screw top jar and shake until well combined. 
3. Pour over salad and toss.

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cooking time: 0 minutes

Serves: 6
