Terms and Conditions
Below are our standard terms and conditions of our services. When training with us you agree to the following terms and conditions.
You, the user, is aware that you will receive an initial Health Coaching Session and that I will be re-assessed to help keep me on track with my goals and to record my progress if you are a personal training member.
You, the user, is aware that if you are a group personal training member or corporate fitness member you agree that you fit and healthy and capable of participating in structured fitness program and that you have been given medical clearance to do so by your chosen medical professional.
You, the user, is aware that nutritional coaching is available to you at an additional fee to accelerate your results.
You, the user, is aware that you need to contact your trainer 24 hours prior to your session if you are wishing to cancel or reschedule your training session or appointment otherwise you will be charged for the session.
You, the user, is aware that if you wish to cease your personal training relationship with Revolution you are required to give 2 weeks written notice.
You, the user agrees Revolution’s direct debit system and the dates you will be billed have been explained to you and you are aware that Revolution has a no refund policy and that therefore you encouraged to use any sessions you have purchase to help me achieve my goals.
1. The user (You) shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the service provider (Revolution Health and third party claims, including but not limited to any action, cause of action or equitable proceeding, resulting from or relating in any way to anything done or omitted by the service provider in the use of the premises or any other ancillary premises having any connection, either directly or indirectly, to the said premises.
2. The service provider (Revolution Personal Training) is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive or consequential damages suffered by the user (You), action for negligence, but not limited to thereof) and regardless of the cause of such damages, even if such damages were foreseeable. The total aggregate liability (including, but not limited to, legal fees, court costs and other ancillary expenses) of the service provider and any of its employees, agents, contractors and disbursement for exactly one month service that has already been paid by the user to the service provider under this letter of contract of use, regardless of the form or legal theory under which such liability is imposed, including, but not limited to, contract, tort, or strict liability. and/or exercise program.
3. You acknowledge that:
a) You agree that any money paid by you to Revolution is total and nonrefundable and that you are encouraged to use any sessions paid for.
b) You agree to abide by Revolutions 24 hours notice of cancellation policy of booked sessions.
c) Rescheduling appointments: We understand that on occasion you may need to reschedule a booked or regular appointment. Please provide at least 24 hours prior to the appointment and we will do our best to accommodate your request otherwise you will be charged for the appointment (except in case of emergency).
d) You agree that If a member of a private group cancels or misses an appointment that group member will forfeit that session regardless of any prior notice given.
e) Please provide at least 2 weeks notice if you wish to suspend your membership for any period.
f) Suspensions will only be processed for a minimum of a 2 week period and a maximum of a 6 week period.
g) Should you miss less that two week worth of sessions with your trainer you will be able to make up any missed sessions with multiple sessions either before or after the period missed.
h) Your trainer will provide you with at least 2 weeks notice for any prolonged period of absence. Your trainer will do their best to find an alternative trainer or training option for you, however it is important to understand that this may not always be possible.
i) You are voluntarily choosing to participate in a physical exercise program.
j) You must inform your trainer of any relevant injury or illness and will obtain a medical clearance from your medical specialist prior to beginning recommencing your training if you have any medical concerns.
k) If you become ill or injured and have been advised by your medical professional to cease training you may suspend or cancel your training until medical clearance is given for you to recommence training.
l) You agree that any information, instructions or advice obtained from the service provider is NOT a substitute for your doctor’s advice or treatment.
m) You agree that any information, instruction or advice obtained from the service provider will be used at your own risk.
n) You agree to release and discharge the service provider from any and all responsibilities or liabilities from injury arising from your participation in any exercise program designed by the service provider on your behalf.
o) You agree that all of the information that you have provided in this document to be true and correct to the best of your knowledge.
Training Hours
Training session times are able to be booked between 5:30am and 9pm Monday to Friday and between 6am and 12pm Saturday.
Office Hours
We are available to take your call anytime between 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday.
