Russell recently graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Human Movement at Victoria University, whilst also completing Certificate 3 and 4 in fitness at Kenshusei College.  Russell also has previous work experience at the ASI Athlete Training Centre working with junior elite and sub-elite athletes from a wide range of sports.

He has always been involved in various sports, participating in athletics for 8 years competing at State level on numerous occasions, and has been playing football for over 15 years as a member of the Tullamarine Football Club and representative teams including Calder Cannons and Coburg Tigers.

    To help people change their lives in a positive way.  Being able to see someone reach their potential and knowing that you have had some involvement in guiding them to that point is a very fulfilling experience.

    Russell places a strong emphasis on proper technique and education to not only prevent injury but to also maximize results for each and every client.  Russell believes every session should be challenging and enjoyable whilst also still focusing on ultimately reaching the clients long term goals.  He applies these principles to his personal training, designing programs and creating unique challenges to push clients to achieve their personal best.
