I became a Personal trainer because like you I was once on the other side. I started off as a client of Revolution health and fitness; Luke Scott (one of Revolutions trainers) helped me transform my body and smash my weight loss goals. I went from weighing 150 Kg’s to weighing just 90 kg’s; losing a total of 60 Kg’s in 6 months. I used to be so unhealthy, unfit and constantly sick, now days I am fit, healthy, and active and I have a new lease of life! After keep the weight off for several years I thought it was time to give my bit back and help others achieve their fitness goals just like I did! I went and did my personal training course at the Australian Institute of fitness becoming a master trainer;

  • Training Style & Influences

    I like to mix things up changing each session to keep it interesting and help keep clients motivated. I use an array of exercises such as Boxing, Body weight Resistance, Running, stepping, skipping, jumping and basically anything around that will help my clients achieve their goals in a safe and fun way.
