Nathan studied certificate 3 and 4 in fitness at the Australian Institute of Fitness and has recently also completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Human Movement/Bachelor of Arts (Sports Administration) at Victoria University. He has always been involved in sports from a young age participating in athletics for 5 years, swimming for 12 years and football for 13 years.

Training Style & Influences
Nathan likes to mix it up, making each session enjoyable and interesting. Boxing, body weight resistance, cardio, running, jumping and explosive movements using the outdoor environment and parks. Personal training sessions vary immensely and may include boxing cardio, circuits and resistance training methods, as well as nutritional guidance.
