I have been training with Michela since March (over 6months now), and would like you to know how great Michaela has been! I have done things that I just did not think I could do and never once have I felt embarrassed or foolish (well I have burst out with the giggles now and then but that’s another matter) When we started, according to my scales I was about 111Kg. I am now down to 100.4 Kg (and that’s taking into account a busted knee where I could not do anything for 6 weeks) I am also jogging most of the way around the Tan 5 nights a week So goal number one done and dusted. Michela started to go to the gym during university. During this time she started to see her own personal trainer and started boxing. She really enjoyed the experience and through this desired to become a personal trainer herself. This choice complemented her studies in exercise physiology, so she completed this concurrently.

Her previous experience working in a pharmacy equipped her with key knowledge to make recommendations in vitamins and nutrition. She also completed a wound care course to help with sprains and breaks in more depth. Michela currently trains many female clients and feels comfortable with understanding their needs and can also help in pre-pregnancy training for mothers.

    My personal trainer inspired me to become a personal trainer - the way he made me feel through exercises is how I want to make others feel. I also love to work outdoors and love nature. I want to help others enjoy exercise and help them to achieve their health and fitness goals. I have met a great number of interesting people and enjoy meeting new ones everyday.

    I try to give my clients variety and tailor their sessions to meet their individual goals. I like to incorporate a lot of boxing drills and cardio workouts in amongst weight and toning exercises. I also use self-defense to help you with your self esteem. I believe nutrition and exercise should go hand in hand so I always recommend nutritional advice from my pharmacy knowledge.
