RevoPT’s British recruit Michael has over 20 years’ experience in the fitness industry. While the last 14 of those years have been spent in Australia, Michael was previously an elite athlete playing professional football in the UK.

There’s no need to be intimidated though. Michael’s clients all vary in background, age and fitness levels. The one thing they all have in common though are goals. He loves helping his clients grow by working with them identify small, bite-sized goals that lead to major, long-term achievements.

With Michael as your trainer you can expect a custom approach to sessions. He believes that training should be part of your lifestyle and takes the time to listen to your unique skills, goals and areas of concern before creating a program that’s tailored to you. Depending on what you enjoy, expect anything from weights, bands or boxing, through to machines, running and sports. The only thing that’s guaranteed is fun – for Michael, that’s the key to staying motivated.

Outside the studio, Michael loves working with children – running workshops at schools that use physical activity to build trust, confidence and teamwork. He also volunteers at local kids’ soccer clubs on weekends. Here, he works with coaches providing them with tips to develop strong, happy and healthy teams. He’s also passionate about music and while he doesn’t go out much anymore, Michael runs a company that’s responsible for bringing some of the world’s biggest music acts to Australia.

For Michael, fitness is like any other journey – there’ll be a few bumps in the road, maybe a wrong turn and definitely a few stops along the way, but the most important thing is to just enjoy the adventure.

Training Hours

Training session times are able to be booked between 5:30am and 9pm Monday to Friday and between 6am and 12pm Saturday.

Office Hours

We are available to take your call anytime between 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday.
