Michela started to go to the gym during university. During this time she started to see her own personal trainer and started boxing. She really enjoyed the experience and through this desired to become a personal trainer herself. This choice complemented her studies in exercise physiology, so she completed this concurrently.
Her previous experience working in a pharmacy equipped her with key knowledge to make recommendations in vitamins and nutrition. She also completed a wound care course to help with sprains and breaks in more depth. Michela currently trains many female clients and feels comfortable with understanding their needs and can also help in pre-pregnancy training for mothers.

Training session times are able to be booked between 5:30am and 9pm Monday to Friday and between 6am and 12pm Saturday.
We are available to take your call anytime between 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday.
