Brett has been a personal trainer for eight years now, and in that time has gained a knowledge and understanding of what works best when it comes to getting results for his clients.
Brett's training methods are basic and effective. He feels this is the most effective way of getting results if exercises are performed correctly. Brett places a strong focus on weight training, combined with high intensity cardiovascular work and will plan each session to fit perfectly around his clients current goals.

Brett's greatest achievement was completing the Oxfam 100km walk in April 2013 with three of his clients.

Training session times are able to be booked between 5:30am and 9pm Monday to Friday and between 6am and 12pm Saturday.
We are available to take your call anytime between 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday.
