Our small groups, with a maximum of 10 people, ensure that we balance affordability with personal attention. All of our group training sessions are easy to get to at our boutique personal training studio: 17A Market Street, South Melbourne.

Cost: Pay just $60 per week and you can attend as many sessions each week as you like or you can attend casually for $30 per session. Payment is made via direct debit on a fortnightly basis. You are not locked into a contract and you do not pay a joining or suspension fee. You just pay for what you will use on a fortnightly basis.

Training session times are able to be booked between 5:30am and 9pm Monday to Friday and between 6am and 12pm Saturday.
We are available to take your call anytime between 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday.
