Do you want to join the Police, Fire or Defense Forces but are unsure whether your fitness levels are adequate?
We can run you through the test protocol to ensure you are up to scratch and if not we can design a program that will get you there.
We have had great results with a number of previous clients now gaining full time employment in their chosen career. From a Fire dummy drag to a Police dynamometer we can test and measure where you are at.

This time last year I could only run to 4 on the beep test. As an applicant for the Victoria police, I just wasn't cutting it in the fitness department. I jumped online and found Nathan from Revolution, sent him a quick message and got a call back that day. I had 4 weeks to get to 6.10.
I'd had other personal trainers before but no one had the style of encouragement or expertise that Nathan has. We trained three times per week building my strength and cardio fitness. We also worked on my ideas around nutrition.
Nathan really pushed me and really cared, he built my confidence and my endurance and I passed the Victoria police fitness test. I was then inducted as a police recruit. That was back in April. This morning I passed my final fitness test at the academy and in three weeks I'll be graduating. Training Hours
Training session times are able to be booked between 5:30am and 9pm Monday to Friday and between 6am and 12pm Saturday.
Office Hours
We are available to take your call anytime between 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday.
