Mobile Nutritional Coaching
We offer specialized targeted help with your food intake.
We will analyze your current food intake and set you a 6 week plan to follow.
After the 6 weeks we will sit you down and run through how successful you have been, and from there adjust and set another plan for you to follow.
Through this objective analysis we can find what is working and what can be improved on for you. This is a fantastic way for you to get the edge with your training and get the most out of your body.
Here is a brief introduction to Michela, our nutritional coach and her background.
After completing a Certificate in Diet & Nutrition and a Certificate in Sports Nutrition, I feel well versed to offer advice in reviewing people’s daily dietary habits and planning new diet changes to adapt to their lifestyle. As every client in unique, each meal plan should reflect this too, no generic diets with foods you don’t enjoy. If you’re training for a certain sporting event or competition making a few changes to your training and dietary regime can improve your performance during training and during events. I feel it is important that you are able to eat according to your bodies needs and are able to maintain a well balanced and healthy lifestyle.
Training session times are able to be booked between 5:30am and 9pm Monday to Friday and between 6am and 12pm Saturday.
We are available to take your call anytime between 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday.
