Mobile Yoga

We offer a style of Hatha Yoga called Sakshin Ghatastha Yoga. This style has been developed to gradually guide the student through learning structural alignment, how to coordinate the basic body movements, and the fundamentals of yogic breathing techniques, evolving in complexity as your skills increase.

Asanas (poses) work by stretching, bending and twisting the spinal column in many directions. This promotes the health and restoration of the nerves that extend from the spinal column to the internal organs, limbs and extremities. Yoga has the ability to help you tone and lengthen muscles, lose weight, improve circulation, purify your internal organs, improve range of motion in the joints, creating greater strength, stamina and flexibility throughout the body. All asana are intended directly or indirectly to quiet the mind. When the mind and breath are calm this directly affects the state in the body allowing you to be relaxed, stress free and increasingly aware of the internal environment of body and mind.

Training Hours

Training session times are able to be booked between 5:30am and 9pm Monday to Friday and between 6am and 12pm Saturday.
