Our Friday Challenge - The Hustle is all about sealing the week off with a Bang. This daily challenge will push you to your limits with your strength, both mental and physical, muscular endurance and speed - no Hustle will ever be boring!
Designed to benchmark yourself against your friends and all who have completed it across the day, Hustle’s will be returned to over time to have future you smashing your result to pieces!
Expect anything from endurance range training with strength work interspersed, a time constrained task, or as many reps as possible within a time. Just know that anything done in this class is measurable and repeatable so you know where you are improving and where you need to focus your training for the future.
The best way to know you are improving is by recording and the Hustle does that for you. Take the test, put yourself up for the challenge and smash some PB’s - What a way to end a week!
All of our Group Personal Training classes and Strength and Conditioning sessions including these Hustle classes are run at our unique Personal Training, Group Personal Training and Performance Training studio at 17A Market Street in South Melbourne.
We offer your First Session Free which you can book in by hitting the button below. We currently have an Introductory Month of Unlimited Group Personal Training for only $129.00 on our Group Personal Training page or you can purchase each session individually for $40 below.

Training session times are able to be booked between 5:30am and 9pm Monday to Friday and between 6am and 12pm Saturday.
We are available to take your call anytime between 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday.
