David Kinsella

Weightlifting / Strength & Conditioning

After badly breaking his leg several times when he was young, David used physical rehab to heal his body and rebuild its strength and improve his athletic performance. Fast forward to today and David is dedicated to helping others improve their strength and performance too.

With a focus on strength and interval training, David’s got a passion for Olympic Weightlifting and is a big believer in additional benefits it can provide people with a sporting edge.

On top of weightlifting, David loves footy. Before joining the Revo team he worked as a strength and conditioning coach for the AFL. While he no longer works for the AFL, you’ll find him on any given weekend either watching the game with mates or playing it.

David’s also quite the adventurer. He’s travelled all over the world and completed the Kokoda Track – one of his biggest tests mentally and physically. In his spare time he loves to travel, trek, explore new places and experience new cultures.

As a client of David’s you can expect each session to be challenging. His training style is hard and intense. While he’s not one to go easy, his number one goal is to make every session enjoyable and help you exceed the expectations you place on yourself.
