Samantha has completed certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness through Global Fitness Institute & is currently working within the fitness industry as a gym & group fitness instructor. Whilst living in Queensland Samantha had been involved in windsurfing & scuba diving for 11 years & since moving to Melbourne she has enjoyed participating in running events, dance, swimming & cycling. In her spare time she really enjoys choreographing fitness routines to music.

Training session times are able to be booked between 5:30am and 9pm Monday to Friday and between 6am and 12pm Saturday.
We are available to take your call anytime between 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday.
