I cannot speak highly enough of Luke and the team at Revo PT. I came to Luke quite a while ago fairly overweight and very unfit. With a tailored plan and combination of cardio, strength training, boxing and nutritional advice, I lost 13kgs in 4 months! And I was able to build some muscle as well.
