About the class

Muscle tightness and muscle weakness are two of the biggest contributors to poor form on the gym floor. Poor form is our enemy because it leads to injury and time taken away from achieving your goal.

Utilising self-myofascial release, foam rolling, PNF stretching (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) and activation exercises, mobility class works on improving your motions across multiple planes of movement, getting you moving better, training better and therefore getting better results!
