If you are training for a marathon, triathlon, playing local football or even entering into a Spartan race then strength training is crucial and is going to help bulletproof your body.
Our Hybrid Performance sessions are designed uniquely around the requirements of ‘strength training for endurance athletes'.
Individualised movement assessments are a crucial part of this process and are conducted within the first sessions here with us to help generate an individualised strength training program to help you reach your goals.
You will be working individually within a group setting with up to a maximum of 8 other athletes.
You can expect to see individualised programming, periodisation and progression throughout your sessions. While ensuring correct movement patterns and technique is being created to enhance your chosen goal all delivered by our specialist trainer Jaimie-Lee Brown.
Jaimie-Lee is an expect specialising in strength training for endurance athletes, and a long course triathlete herself so you can expect to be working with someone who has a unique understand of your individual requirements and limitations.

Training session times are able to be booked between 5:30am and 9pm Monday to Friday and between 6am and 12pm Saturday.
We are available to take your call anytime between 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday.
