About the class

Bodyweight and high cardiovascular exercises such as squats, sprinting, pull ups, rowing, burpies, skiing and anything else we can think of will be thrown at you.

This High Intensity Interval session targets your phosphate energy system which gives you short bursts of maximal energy. Work periods range from 10 to 40 seconds - so you can give it your all. Followed by equal to double length rest periods designed for you to almost/fully recover so you can smash out another maximal effort.

The intensity of this workout utilises your energy system that uses the greatest amount of calories, making you leaner, fitter and more powerful than ever before!

All of our Group Performance Training classes and Strength and Conditioning sessions including these H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) classes are run at our unique Performance Training, Group Performance Training and Performance Training studio at 17A Market Street in South Melbourne.

We cap all of our classes at 12 so as to be able to coach at the highest standard possible and get the very best out of each individual. You will be well monitored to ensure safe training and that your HIIT fitness goals are met.

You can book in a class right up to 60 minutes before the class is due to commence.

Absolutely, so long as there is availability in the class, you're always best to pre book online via our app or website though.

You might be best off starting with some one on one personal training to build some confidence, however we will always customise our training sessions to meet your current fitness level.
