The Sport Of powerlifting demands raw and maximal strength in three major lifts: Squat, Deadlift, and Bench Press. As a competitor Alex has achieved some fantastic heights in the sport which include: ⁣
-2018 GPC World champion in the 90kgs weight class ⁣
– Former all-time Australian record holder in the 90kgs weight class ⁣
– Has podium finishes at the GPC National championships every year since 2015 in three different weight classes (90,100 and 100kg weight classes) ⁣

Outside of competition, Alex is passionate about coaching, programming and developing the up and comers in the sport. ⁣
