Group Training

Our small groups, with a maximum of 12 people, ensure that we balance the buzz, hype and motivation you can only achieve in a group setting with the care, personal attention and a focus on your individual needs and fitness goals.

Our expert team will help you to get the absolute maximum our of every rep and every exercise you'll do in the gym.

We have honed our group training program down to a well oiled machine that is expertly designed comprehensively by strength and conditioning coaches Josh Kleeberg and Luke Scott to ensure that everyone of our classes is highly target and results focused.

We have left no stone unturned and we continue to evolve this service.

Our classes work in streams or class types which are all progressive over 13 week cycles. We meticulously test and measure your performance so that we can individualise your training and performance throughout that process.

All you need to do is turn up.

The Revolution Performance Training studio in South Melbourne opened April 2012. Our gym now accommodates all of our energetic group training classes, as well as targeted one on one appointments. The amount of people in the studio at any one time is always kept to a minimum for your comfort – this is achieved by maintaining a strictly appointment only facility.

We cap all of our classes at a maximum of 12 so that you get the specialised attention needed to perform at your best and achieve your goals.

You can book your classes right up to 60 minutes prior the class kicking off.

Absolutely, we cater and can modify classes to suit all fitness levels from beginner to elite-level fitness needs.

Absolutely, depending on the injury and doctor's clearance of course. We keep our class sizes small so that we can all modify everything to suit the individual and ensure safe fitness practises.
