HIIT - Get fitter than ever. Faster.
This High Intensity Interval session targets your phosphate energy system which gives you short bursts of maximal energy. Work periods range from 10 to 40 seconds - so you can give it your all.

Being structured around the fundamental lifts this class helps you get the movements down pat, creating a solid foundation for speeding the movements up in our higher intensity classes or on the sporting field. With the guidance of our expert trainers you will learn safety in movement, encouraging correct bodily alignment, aiding the prevention of injuries in all facets of life.
DiscoverExpect multi-joint movements, weighted or bodyweight goal oriented workouts
This program is designed to work in a particular threshold; predominantly utilising your lactate energy system in a way that will have both your muscles and your lungs burning!
These sessions are goal and outcome oriented not just a simple timed session.
Our Friday Challenge - The Hustle is all about finishing the working week off with a BANG
Designed to benchmark yourself against your friends and all who have completed it across the day, Hustle’s will be returned to over time to have future you smashing your result to pieces!

This is a session where anything goes, encompassing lactate and aerobic energy systems you will have strength aspects and endurance aspects to work through - who knows what will be thrown your way - but it’s ok, your comrades will be there with you.
