I was only at RevoPT for about a month but within the first week I felt at home, all trainers and trainees are so welcoming and nice. The culture is so positive and motivational. I was never a fan of the group workout sessions until I tried one. I was always nervous that I would hold up the session with my lack of knowledge when it came to certain equipment or workouts. The team at RevoPT made it so easy for me to not only get involved in the sessions but also excel. Their passion for fitness and helping me achieve my goals was a huge reason I signed on. The environment that the other "Gym Goers" provided was friendly and encouraging, they would always work together to help you get the best out of yourself. Revo PT is far and away the best gym I have ever been a member of. I came off an eight month break from exercise, and they have built me up over a period of four months to the point where I am training 5-6 times per week. The programming is scientific and individualised. Luke and his team tailor exercises to account for injuries etc, so you're never doing anything that is dangerous. I would recommend revo for all levels of fitness - beginner to elite. It's a welcoming environment for all, zero ego. The programme is based on core lifts done safely - it's not classes, it's group personal training with plenty of technical coaching.
