I was only at RevoPT for about a month but within the first week I felt at home, all trainers and trainees are so welcoming and nice. The culture is so positive and motivational. Revo PT is far and away the best gym I have ever been a member of. I came off an eight month break from exercise, and they have built me up over a period of four months to the point where I am training 5-6 times per week. The programming is scientific and individualised. Luke and his team tailor exercises to account for injuries etc, so you're never doing anything that is dangerous. I would recommend revo for all levels of fitness - beginner to elite. It's a welcoming environment for all, zero ego. The programme is based on core lifts done safely - it's not classes, it's group personal training with plenty of technical coaching.
The most supportive, positive and inspiring personal training gym there could be. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable, push you to be your best and are the friendliest bunch. The members and trainers are the most welcoming bunch who make you feel right at home. Could not recommend Revolution enough. 🙌
