Semi-Private Training or semi-private personal training is our newest service offering.

It involves working with one of our expert team of coaches and personal trainers and up to 3 other clients in a session. It is the perfect blend between highly focused one on one personal training and our group training classes.

Semi-Private Training

Expertly designed and focused training sessions for you to get the best possible results within targeted timeframes. Our highly motivated personal trainers focus on individuals who are looking to achieve more from their training.

Semi-private training allows you to make friends and be motivated with those training around you while having the constant coaching and supervision of your own trainer and a tailored training program to get you to your goals sooner.

Our semi-private training sessions are perfect for those who want to be pushed that little harder with their training but also have an eye on ensure that their specialised training option also stays within their budget.

Our semi-private training session availability is constantly expanding.

At present we are running sessions at the following times with some limited availability to take on new members so reach out to be sure to snap up a time that suits you:

Tuesday - 7:00am, 7:45am & 6:45pm
Thursday - 7:00am, 7:45am & 6:45pm
Saturday - 9:30am

Our personal training studio in South Melbourne has all the conveniences of training in an indoor space, without the intimidating distractions that you’ll find in a commercial gym.

Our functional training space accommodates all of our energetic group personal training sessions, as well as targeted one on one and semi-private appointments. The amount of people in the studio at any one time is always kept to a minimum for your comfort, this is achieved by maintaining a strictly appointment only facility.

Our semi-private sessions are a maximum of four participants per coach to ensure you’re getting a customised workout in your small training group with plenty of professional, hands on training.

Absolutely. Our aim is to have people with as similar goals as possible working together in their semi-private group so they can push each other, and streamline their progress. Sometimes this might not be perfect but we always do our best to optimise things for the best client results.

We try our best to keep our schedules as predictable as possible but things do sometimes change. We do however make sure one trainer is in charge of your training stream for consistency and we then work as a team to make sure all sessions are coached with consistency and great technique every time.

Absolutely. We encourage people to get their friends, family or other groups together in a semi-private training session, it’s a great way to keep each other focused and accountable.
