Originally from Tasmania, Jacob moved to Melbourne for study opportunities. Passionate about high performance and the improvement of performance through highly specific training.

Jacob is keen to help people achieve their health and fitness goals through really supportive and individualised training, programming and coaching.

Jacob is acutely aware that physical and mental well being/habits are highly conducive to an enjoyable and positive lifestyle.

He has a passion for sport in generally and is at his best relating to anyone keen on discussing the ins and outs of any sport… bar golf!

Outside of his time at RevoPT Jacob is still actively involved playing football recreationally while working for the Western Bulldogs.

Here at RevoPT Jacob splits his time between running highly focused and targeted one on one personal training sessions and running classes within our Group Training program.

  • Bachelor’s of Sports Science (Human Movement)/Sports Management
  • ASCA Level 2 Strength and Conditioning Coach
  • Senior First-Aid
  • Fitness Australia Registration Level One
