Greg is an active member of the Your Revolution team and voice of the Revolution Podcast. He has been in the health and fitness industry for a decade. In that time he has worked with clients from all walks of life and fitness levels ensuring they always walk out better versions of themselves.

He has always been passionate about helping people reach their health and fitness goals and along with his work as a fitness trainer he is also a Myotherapist and Sports therapist which gives him a greater understanding in his work but also more broadly a holistic viewpoint too.

Coupled with a passion to help people, Greg also is a firm believer of walking the walk and talking the talk when it comes to exercise. He is a self described combat enthusiast having trained in the disciplines of Olympic wrestling, Jiu Jitsu and boxing. His passion for martial arts has taken him across the world in countries such as Brazil and the States where he is always looking for the most authentic training possible. In more recent times he has paired his love of martial arts with Latin dancing where he has trained and performed in street Latin styles Salsa and Bachata.

In Greg’s spare time you’ll find him on the dance floor dancing to Salsa and bachata beats, Watching his beloved Canberra Raiders play, eating his way around Melbourne and keeping his underfeated FIFA record Intact.
