certainly not an athlete, Liam has had a range of positions in which he has worked closely with
athletes of a variety of levels, helping them to reach their performance goals.

Liam has always had a passion for sport, exercise and anything that offered a challenge. Although
certainly not an athlete, Liam has had a range of positions in which he has worked closely with
athletes of a variety of levels, helping them to reach their performance goals.

Although working with athletes has been a big part of Liams career to date, he loves to work with
people of all walks of life. Backed by a wealth of knowledge from a Bachelor of Exercise & Sport
Science and Sport Management (Business), as well as multiple internships, Liam is qualified and
confident in working with people from the most basic of goals, through to complex and specific
dreams.

Liam’s approach to training is focused by progressive strength movement patterns, mixed with
speed and power training. Liam can take you to the next level in your training, and help you to
feel as good as you ever have.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science & Sport Management (Business)
  • Certificate III in Fitness – Gym Instructor
  • Certificate IV in Fitness – Personal Trainer
  • Physical Activity Australia Registration Level: Level 2
  • Senior First Aid
