Lydia brings over eight years of rich experience in the fitness industry, specialising in high-intensity classes, personal and small group training, and specialised programs such as half & full marathon training and advanced swimming. Her expertise extends to working with high-performance athletes, highlighting her versatile training capabilities.
Lydia holds a Bachelor of Health Sport and Physical Education with a specialisation in Exercise Science from the University of Auckland, supplemented by Certificates 3 & 4 in Fitness and Personal Training from Fit College Auckland.
Throughout her career she has held multiple roles within fitness facilities where she developed and led large group classes, managed HIIT style classes with significant attendance, and tailored fitness plans to individual client needs, ensuring a personalised and effective and rewarding fitness experience. Lydia is known for her exceptional interpersonal skills, strong empathy and her ability to develop lasting relationships with clients and members.
