If you are training for a marathon, triathlon, playing local football or even entering into a Spartan race then strength training is crucial and is going to help bulletproof your body or if you're looking to learn the art of Weightlifting it is crucial to begin with coaching to ensure you are getting the best out of yourself.

Here at RevoPT we have identified that our every day athletes need to be built strong!

If you are training for a marathon, triathlon, playing local football or even entering into a Spartan race then strength training is crucial and is going to help bulletproof your body.

Our Hybrid Performance sessions are designed uniquely around the requirements of ‘strength training for endurance athletes'.

Individualised movement assessments are a crucial part of this process and are conducted within the first sessions here with us to help generate an individualised strength training program to help you reach your goals.

You will be working individually within a group setting with up to a maximum of 8 other athletes.

The prerequisite of attending either of these Performance Training sessions is attendance of three one on one personal training appointments to get you up to speed of what is required within these group coaching sessions.

Hybrid Performance sessions run at the following times:
Monday 6:15am
Friday 6:15am

Our Weightlifting sessions run at the following times:
Saturday 8:45am

Cost per sessions is $50 individually or $45 per session for attendance twice per week.
