Krystal might be small, but don’t underestimate her. Known as the RevoPT Pocket Rocket, personal training is just one of Krystal’s jobs. She also works as a trainer with the Essendon Bombers, a teacher with the Victorian Fitness Academy and as a massage therapist to triathletes and Iron Man competitors.

This mix of work doesn’t just keep her busy. For Krystal the variety of work helps her connect with every facet of good health: mental, physical and spiritual.

These facets play an important role in the way Krystal trains here at Revo. She takes the time to understand her clients mental, physical and spiritual sides to help them achieve balance in their lives. Only when you have all three things working together will you achieve positive and long-lasting health.

Krystal is also extremely passionate about adolescent health. After using exercise as a way to build confidence, express herself and relieve stress when she was a teenager, she’s now firmly committed to helping other teens manage their own journey to adulthood.

Outside the studio, Krystal plays top-level futsal and soccer and cheers on her beloved gunners in the Premier League. She’s also an avid reader and almost always has a book in her bag.

With Krystal as your trainer, you can expect to train hard and be pushed to your limits. She believes that the only limitations we face are the ones we make ourselves and challenges every one of her clients to push through the boundaries they set.

Training Hours

Training session times are able to be booked between 5:30am and 9pm Monday to Friday and between 6am and 12pm Saturday.

Office Hours

We are available to take your call anytime between 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday.
