Playing sport at a national level placed an importance on how important training and movement is off the field, to enhance performance on the field. Completing degrees in Sport Science and Physiology, Gab now combines her passion for movement and knowledge to encompass all aspects of anatomy, rehabilitation and strength and conditioning.

Exercise is essential for living a healthy lifestyle and it is Gab’s mission to teach and encourage people to understand the benefits of movement, no matter what your goals are, to feel and perform your best. Combining Strength and Conditioning principles with Gab’s background in Pilates, whatever your goals are, Gab will help you get there – no challenge is too big!
