Jack holds Certificates 3 and 4 in Personal Training and is a CrossFit Certified Level 1 trainer. His specialties include muscle building, strength training, and functional fitness. For Jack, fitness is more than just a job; it’s a journey that he’s been on since he was 15 years old. He believes that fitness is the foundation for success in all areas of life and wants to help others achieve their physical and professional goals.
