With over seven years of expertise in strength and conditioning, Matthew brings a wealth of experience from top-tier sports environments, including soccer, tennis, cricket, rugby, basketball, and track and field. His background spans both junior and professional levels, making him a versatile coach capable of supporting athletes across all stages of development.

Matthew has held senior positions, including Head of Strength and Conditioning at Bromley Tennis Centre and overseeing gym and recovery operations for elite athletes at the Wimbledon Tennis Championships. His extensive experience with renowned sports clubs like Sheffield United FC, Harlequins RFU, and Leicestershire CCC demonstrates his ability to deliver outstanding results in high-performance settings. He also excels at nurturing junior athletes, helping them progress to professional ranks with a focus on technical skill and physical development.

Matthew’s training philosophy combines scientific rigor with practical, personal training and coaching. He tailors each program to meet the specific needs and goals of his clients, whether they are striving to elevate athletic performance, recover from an injury, or reach personal fitness milestones.
