Semi-private personal training, also known as semi-private training, is a popular and effective way to achieve your fitness goals. It’s a service that we have recently launched here at RevoPT and something we are incredibly passionate about. It combines the focus and attention to details of one-on-one personal training with the added motivation and accountability of working out with a small group of individuals. For us, the maximum in our semi-private sessions is four.

One of the main benefits of semi-private personal training is that it provides a sense of accountability and motivation. When you work out with a group of individuals who have similar goals, you’re more likely to push yourself and stay committed to your workout routine. The group dynamic also allows for friendly competition and camaraderie, which can help increase your motivation and push you to work harder.

Another benefit of semi-private training is that it provides a personalised workout experience. Unlike traditional group fitness classes, semi-private personal training sessions are tailored and programmed to the specific needs and goals of each individual. This means that your trainer or coach can design a workout program that is tailored to your fitness level, goals and any physical limitations you might have.

Semi-private training also provides a more cost-effective option compared to our premium one-on-one personal training. The cost per person is less than one-on-one training and set up in a membership model, making it a more effective option if  managing a budget is a motivation for you.

Additionally, semi-private personal training can offer a sense of community and support. In a small group setting, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with others who have similar goals and interests, which can provide a sense of community and support. This can be especially beneficial for people who feel intimidated or unmotivated by working out alone or in large group settings. We’ve already seen friendships flourish in this setting which has lead to better results across the board for all involved.

Another benefit of semi-private training is the flexibility and variety it offers. Small group training can be done with a wide variety of exercises, such as weight training, cardio, and functional training, making it easy to switch up your routine and avoid boredom. Additionally, semi-private personal training can be modified to suit different fitness levels within the one group.

Semi-private training is a unique and effective way to achieve your fitness goals. It offers a sense of accountability and motivation, a personalised workout experience, cost-effectiveness, a sense of community and support, flexibility and variety. It’s an option for people on a budget or who feel unmotivated by working out alone or in large group settings. Remember we’re always here to help you decide the very best options to suit your needs and goals.
