Quincee Lee is a competitive athlete with a creative flair. For as long as she can remember, art and exercise have always been two major outlets for her, keeping her healthy, happy and calm.

Her creativity shows in her training style. She loves creating a dynamic and motivating environment where people can uncover what works for them to achieve their goals. Quincee lives and trains under the philosophy “let your strength surface.” She believes that no two people are the same, so a successful training program relies on investing time in experimenting to discover what works for you. Once you do, your strengths are unlocked and the best version of yourself will shine through.

Despite her creative instincts, Quincee is a big believer in science. Training with her will be based on facts and evidence with enough flexibility to adapt as your needs and goals change.
However, there’s one thing that won’t change: Quincee is a power athlete. So you can expect fast-paced intense sessions where you work at full-force for short periods of time. No coasting through a long session at half-pace!

Outside the gym, Quincee is a competitive cheerleader. She loves the combination of dancing, gymnastics and acrobatics. Her main interest though is food – she loves baking sweets especially the ones that don’t leave you feeling guilty.

Quincee is the perfect mix of strength and creativity, who’ll work hard to help you find your best self. If you’re looking for a trainer who knows the facts, but likes to have fun too (and maybe bake you some sweets) then get in touch.

Training Hours

Training session times are able to be booked between 5:30am and 9pm Monday to Friday and between 6am and 12pm Saturday.

Office Hours

We are available to take your call anytime between 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday.
