Revolution Performance Training

Revolution Performance Training is running an eight-week Olympic Weightlifting Fundamentals Course, beginning Monday October 10th here at the studio. Sessions will be run on a Monday and Wednesday night commencing at 7:30pm. This will be technique orientated course; focussing on mobility before lifting, this weightlifting course will help you to create speed, power and fluidity which correlate directly into sporting performance and thankfully - aesthetics too. We are only accepting 8 people for this beginners fundamental program with only a few places remaining. Revolution Personal Training in South Melbourne offers the full array of training choices in a location central for residents in Albert Park, Docklands, South Yarra and Port Melbourne guaranteeing you can find an answer to your fitness needs! A lot of our clients work long hours – we do too, so you can visit us before, after or during work hours. Some people love training indoors, out of the weather and close to amenities, others can’t get enough of the fresh air and sunshine. We train at our own boutique studio (on an appointment only basis) and deliver mobile training outdoors that will come to you in Port Melbourne, Albert Park, Docklands, South Yarra and beyond. If you want to train alone or in a group, or would like to do a bit of both, our personal trainers in Melbourne offer one on one personal training and group training.
