What can Body Tune clients expect from a Body Tune consultation?

Myotherapy is a form of manual therapy which focuses on the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal pain and associated pathologies. It is not widely understood by the general public.

An initial Motherapy consultation will consist of an assessment of your physical condition, starting with a discussion of the symptoms you are experiencing. Your musculoskeletal alignment, posture, range of movements and biomechanical structure will be examined and assessed. If your myotherapist feels they can be of assistance to you, they will explain their recommendations and begin the treatment. If they feel you need another form of therapy, they will refer you to the appropriate health care provider.

Myotherapists employ a variety of treatments techniques, depending on the assessment of your condition.

Revolution Personal Training in South Melbourne offers the full array of training choices guaranteeing you can find an answer to your fitness needs! A lot of our clients work long hours – we do too, so you can visit us before, after or during work hours. Some people love training indoors, out of the weather and close to amenities, others can’t get enough of the fresh air and sunshine. We train at our own boutique studio (on an appointment only basis) and deliver mobile training outdoors. If you want to train alone or in a group, or would like to do a bit of both, our personal trainers in Melbourne offer one on one personal training and group training.
