Revolution Performance Training is running an eight-week Olympic Weightlifting Fundamentals Course, here at the studio. Sessions will be run on a Monday and Wednesday night commencing at 7:30pm. This will be technique orientated course; focussing on mobility before lifting, this weightlifting course will help you to create speed, power and fluidity which correlate directly into sporting performance and thankfully - aesthetics too. We are only accepting 8 people for this beginners fundamental program with only a few places remaining. Training session times are able to be booked between 5:30am and 9pm Monday to Friday and between 6am and 12pm Saturday.
We are available to take your call anytime between 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday.
