Group Personal Training
Our Group Personal Training is a great way for you to get involved at a lower cost with a effective & FUN workout.
We now offer an UNLIMITED membership for our group personal training!
For $60 per week you can attend as many sessions each week as you like. To get started visit our classes page or call us on 1300 362 311.
The groups are always small. This ensures you never get lost in a crowd and will always be working hard.
Group training is also a great way to add extra sessions into your week to complement your individually focused personal training sessions.

Each session has a different focus and will be targeted to improve your over all fitness.

Training session times are able to be booked between 5:30am and 9pm Monday to Friday and between 6am and 12pm Saturday.
Office Hours
We are available to take your call anytime between 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday.
