Group Personal Training

Our Group Personal Training is a great way for you to get low cost, effective & FUN training. The small groups between 3 and 10 participants ensure you never get lost in a crowd and will always be working hard. Group training is also a great way to add extra sessions into your week to complement your individually focused personal training sessions.

Each session has a different focus and will be targeted to improve your over all fitness. Some of the focuses of the group sessions are;

  • Boxing/Kickboxing
  • Resistance Training
  • Kettlebell Training
  • TRX Suspension Training
  • Core and Stability Training
  • Cardio and Fitness Training

Training Hours

Training session times are able to be booked between 5:30am and 9pm Monday to Friday and between 6am and 12pm Saturday.

Office Hours

We are available to take your call anytime between 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday.
